We designed a three-tier access system: user, organization and admin.
Users can log in, access their accounts, view chapters, place bookmarks, take tests, see their scores and submit assignments. Training areas contain modules, which in turn contain chapters. Each chapter has a pre-test and a post-test for self-evaluation.
At the organization level, managers can view license usage and user-wise progress reports.
The administrator role is split in two: content administration and subscription management. Chapters can be uploaded with popup exhibits defined where required, and tests can be set up online, with multiple answers and sequencing.
Subscriptions for each organization can be managed by time and number of users.
